We provide incident management through reactive and proactive analysis tools. A notification and incident management system is offered to professionals and citizens with the purpose of learning and improving Patient Safety.

We encourage the creation and exchange of resources for the development, implementation and assessment of safe practices by professionals and organisations, and promote transparency in the results.
Health Mobile Applications: Health at Hand
We develop mobility services in order to encourage participation, involvement and empowerment of citizens in the improvement of Patient Safety.
