ACSA Surveyors
Surveyors are a key element in the development of any certification programme
Among other functions, they maintain and update the standards of the different manuals, manage certification projects, prepare assessment visits, coordinate teams of surveyors and issue certification reports.
One of ACSA’s values is the methodological and scientific rigour, which is considered as the basis for the credibility and reliability of its certification processes. Therefore, its surveyors are experts in healthcare quality, and are qualified through a demanding training programme.
Surveyors of healthcare centres, units and social services
The Surveyors Training Programme, recognised at the international level by the International Society for Quality in Health Care (ISQua)’s Accreditation, addresses surveyors training in a structured and systematic manner, involving all the necessary strategies and means in order to provide them at all times with the necessary tools for developing their work in an optimal way.

On the other hand, with the aim of ensuring reliability, trust and credibility of the assessment, which is basic during any certification process.
